Your responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and directing them to the right contact person
- Welcoming customers and visitors
- Digitisation of analogue material; data management
- Preparation for conferences/meetings and of conference/meeting rooms; follow-up work and supervision of clean-up, etc.
Our expectations
- Completion of a commercial training programme, or similar qualification
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Friendly approach and a well-groomed appearance
- A passion for organisation
- Ability to work in an independent and structured manner
